CPB Monday evening crowd

Please join the CPB St. Louis Center for our Weelky practice:  All are welcome. Also look for the many exciting workshops and seminars being planned for 2010. This year's Lecture Series will present well known Buddhist teachers reflecting on the theme Dharma Moving West.

Our practice begins with meditation (bell meditation and "just sitting") at 7 pm and from 8-9 pm we have a dharma talk and group discussion.

Hot tea and good company are served each week. Meetings are free to attend though donations are welcomed and aid CPB in meeting important costs like rent and practice supplies.

6:30-7 pm Beginner meditation instruction will be taught prior to the start of the meditation session and Dharma Talk.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

We meet at First Unitarian Church of St. Louis, 5007 Waterman Blvd (Central West End off of Kingshighway)
