CPB: St. Louis meets every Thursday evening at the First Unitarian Church of St. Louis, in the Central West End by Barnes-Jewish Hospital, 5007 Waterman Blvd, St. Louis, MO. Take exit 36B off of 64/40 and continue towards the hospital for about a mile, then take a left on Waterman; the Church is on the corner of Waterman.
Tai Chi (Taiji) and Functional Movement Certification Program
The first session of the 2010 Tai Chi program at the Institute for Bodymind Studies(IBS) begins on Wednesday, Jan 13. Reserve your spot today! The Tai Chi program is limited to 30 attendees, so please reserve your spot. The program to be held in the Central West, Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30 PM. Email program instructor, Dr. Jim Eubanks at jim.eubanks@bodymindstudies.com and provide your name and email, indicating your interest in the Tai Chi Program.

ASC meets from 12-2:00 p.m.
Class includes American Shaolin Gongfu (Martial Arts) and Hard Qigong for Core Strength Training. Intermediate and Advanced Students also participate in sparring on Sundays.
