*CPB: St. Louis meets every Thursday evening at First Unitarian Church of St. Louis in the Central West End by Barnes-Jewish Hospital, 5007 Waterman Blvd, St. Louis, MO. Take exit 36B off of 64/40 and continue towards the hospital for about a mile, then take a left on Waterman; the Church is on the corner of Waterman.

American Shaolin Center (ASC) meets from 6-6:45 p.m.
Class includes Core Strength Training (CST) and Yoga for all levels.

Saturdays
(Washington University):
ASC meets from 2-4:00 p.m.
Class includes American Shaolin Gongfu (Kung fu) and Hard Qigong (Chi Kung) for Core Strength Training. Advanced Students also participate in sparring on Saturdays.

Furman

Saturday, February 16: Universal Meditation Retreat at Elliot Chapel with CPB: St. Louis. Event coordinator is interfaith director Judy Highfill. Jim Eubanks led a workshop on "Qi Development: Mindfulness in Daily Life through Body-Mind Unification."

Sunday, April 20: CPB co-sponsors Earth Day in Forest Park, St. Louis, MO.

Saturday, April 26: CPB's 2nd Annual Spring Meditation Workshop from 10am-Noon at First Unitarian Church of St. Louis.

Friday-Sunday, May 2-4: First Annual OPB Council of Monastic Leaders (CML), Greenville, SC, Furman University. Events include monastic training, ordinations of novice monks (William Perkins, Wayne Hughes, & John Winter), and a public lecture, "Pragmatic Buddhism: The Emergence of an American Buddhist Tradition."

Friday-Sunday, October 17-19: First Annual OPB Monastic Nature Retreat (MNR), Bennett Spring State Park, MO.
